Amenities include heat/ air conditioning, flat screen LCD TV's in the bedroom and living area, microwave, refrigerator, coffee pot, fire pit and gas grill.  Bathroom includes both shower and bath for your convenience.  Plenty of room for loading/unloading ATV's etc. and parking for your trucks & trailers.  In addition, after a day on the trails, you will be able to walk to Club X, where you can shoot pool, grab a bite to eat or have an alcoholic beverage.
